Direct Line:

Victoria is the newest lawyer to join the team at Overholt Law, having completed her articles with the firm in early January 2017. She continues to assist the other lawyers at Overholt Law on all aspects of labour relations law, employment law, and human rights law.

Victoria obtained both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of British Columbia. As a law student she worked extensively with the UBC Law Review, serving as Editor-in-Chief (Administrative) in her final year. She volunteered with both the Law Students Legal Advice Program [LSLAP] and Pro Bono Students Canada [PBSC], and served as one of two UBC student representatives on the Hoop-Law Charity Basketball Tournament Board in 2015.

When she is not busy assisting clients, Victoria enjoys ultimate frisbee, volunteering in the community, and having lengthy discussions about the current state of our local hockey franchise.
