Michelle Sue

Michelle is an articling student at Overholt Law LLP. She works with the entire team on a wide range of workplace law matters.

 Michelle received her law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. During her studies, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, where she developed her advocacy and client-service skills. She also worked as a student researcher with the UBC Investigations Office, gaining experience in workplace investigations, and participated in the Business Law Clinic, where she worked directly with small business owners to address their legal needs.

 Outside of work, Michelle enjoys snowboarding, playing tennis, and is currently learning to skateboard.
