Grace Lo
Grace is a lawyer at Overholt Law LLP and works in all of the firm’s practice areas including professional regulation, employment, human rights, occupational health and safety, privacy law. Since joining the firm in 2024, she has assisted on a variety of matters including employment contracts, severance packages, workplace complaints, human rights claims, and professional disciplinary reviews.
Prior to joining the firm, Grace received her law degree from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law. While at law school, she served on the faculty’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Dean Selection Committee, and as Vice President of Services on the Law Students’ Association. She also had extensive volunteer commitments, including with Student Legal Services of Edmonton as a caseworker on their criminal law project, the civil law project, the human rights law project, and the TransID Clinic; and with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre.
When she’s not at the office, Grace enjoys reading, playing competitive boardgames and calming video games, and collecting stationery that are too pretty to use.
